HCL license and price adjustments as of 8.8.2024

Dear customers,

HCL Software has informed us that the license and maintenance prices for the various product categories will be increased as of 8.8.2024. While the perpetual licenses (perpetual license with annual maintenance) will be increased up to 25%, the term licenses (time-limited use) will be increased up to 10%. Please refer to the following table for details:

The following comments on this:

  • With the announced adjustments, HCL (similar to many software vendors) motivates customers to purchase time-limited licenses
  • There will be a license migration path from perpetual to term licenses
  • Licenses that are licensed beyond 8.8.2024 will of course remain valid

Details are available on the following manufacturer page: HCL manufacturer page

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to hearing from you!
